Instructions

  1. Mix the meatballs: in a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, and Meat Mitch Rub. Mix gently until just combined (don't overwork).
  2. Stuff the "spider eggs": take a small scoop of meat mixture, flatten it, and place a cube of mozzarella in the center. Roll into a ball so the cheese is sealed inside.
  3. Coat for crunch: in a shallow bowl, mix panko with French Fry Seasoning. Roll each meatball in the panko to create a crispy outside.
  4. Cook: oven — preheat to 400°F and bake meatballs on a parchment-lined sheet for 18-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Or skillet — sear in a cast iron pan with a little oil until browned on all sides, then finish in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Glaze: while warm, toss or brush meatballs with a sticky glaze of Miso Naughty Sauce in a spider web design.

Bite-sized, glazed, and just spooky enough for the party table.
