Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Meat Mitch WHOMP! Rub (or WHOMP! Sauce option below)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ cup Meat Mitch White Sauce
  • Optional: 1 tbsp WHOMP! Sauce whisked into the White Sauce for extra tang
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Season the potatoes: in a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, WHOMP! Rub, and salt until fully coated.
  2. Roast: spread on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Roast at 425°F for 28–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until caramelized and slightly crisp on the edges.
  3. Make the drizzle: in a small bowl, whisk the White Sauce until loose enough to drizzle. For a tangy kick, whisk in 1 tablespoon WHOMP! Sauce.
  4. Finish: transfer the roasted sweet potatoes to a serving platter. Drizzle generously with the White Sauce mixture and top with fresh herbs.
