Instructions

  1. Make the Whuacamole: add the mashed avocados, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and Stay Hot Sauce to a large bowl. Mix until well combined, leaving the avocado slightly chunky. Finish with a sprinkle of WHOMP! Rub. Set aside until ready to build the dogs.
  2. Make the White Sauce Slaw: combine the coleslaw, carrots, lime juice, White Sauce, and salt in a large bowl. Toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Grill the hot dogs: preheat your grill and cook the hot dogs until heated through and nicely charred. Lightly toast the buns on the grill.
  4. Build the WHUCAMOLE Dogs: place a grilled hot dog into each toasted bun with a large pickle slice. Drizzle with Yellow Brick Road Mustard and Naked BBQ Sauce, then pile on a generous helping of White Sauce Slaw.
  5. Serve the loaded dogs with plenty of Whuacamole and tortilla chips on the side.
  6. Mitch Tip: make the White Sauce Slaw ahead and let it chill for at least 30 minutes -- it gives the flavors time to come together and keeps the slaw cool and crisp against the hot-off-the-grill dogs.

Loaded, messy, and guaranteed to steal the show at your cookout.
